With effect from 1 July 2017, our law firm is being restructured into a limited liability attorneys’ company.

The legal form of a limited company has recently been laid open by the legislator to the profession of attorney-at-law in Switzerland. This legal form enables us to place our firm on a stable long-term basis and enable all our staff to have greater involvement in our firm’s business. We will therefore be subject to the rules and regulations of Swiss law governing the largest companies, including those relating to accountancy and governance. However, our equity capital remains entirely in the hands of licensed lawyers, thereby continuing to guarantee our independence.
