She advises companies on all aspects of corporate law, including shareholder agreements, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance and all types of commercial contracts.

She also has extensive experience of domestic and cross-border financing and M&A transactions, including private equity and venture capital.

Béatrice Viertl Bujard obtained her law degree from the University of Geneva in 1987 and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1990. She then worked as an associate in a major Geneva-based business law firm before going abroad in 1998. She returned to the Geneva Bar in 2008 and has practised in the leading law firms FBT Attorneys-at-law Corp. and Walder Wyss Ltd. before joining Wilhelm Avocats.
