We help both builders and those responsible for building projects to navigate the dense body of legislation that governs this field.

For builders, planning and building regulations dictate what can be built, where, how high and how many storeys. We assist builders in all phases of their construction project.

We also assist opponents of contested building projects. In these cases, we analyse the project in detail to identify any infringements that could lead either to the project being corrected in a way that is acceptable to the opponents, or to the construction permit application being rejected or cancelled.

We also intervene in any rein procedures that may be ordered by an authority.
