After spending nine years in Montreal, Canada, where Manon Berney worked as a lawyer for a private company, she has now returned to Switzerland. After obtaining her Swiss attorney’s licence in July 2026, she joined Wilhelm Avocats SA as an associate lawyer.
She remains registered as a lawyer at the Montreal Bar.
On December 2017, Manon Berney obtained the Bar exam from the Montreal Bar Association. She was admitted to the Bar of Quebec in August 2018.
In July 2026, she obtained her Swiss attorney’s licence and now practises as a lawyer at the Bar of the Canton of Vaud.
She has also an LL.M. in Business Law from the Laval University.
She has worked pro bono for the Housing legal department of Brooklyn, NYC. She practices in French and English. Manon Berney’s practice focuses primarily on business law, corporate law and contract law.
