This Friday and Saturday, Philippe Gilliéron will be taking part in the Zurich IP Retreat organized each year by INGRES (Institut für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz)

Bringing together various experts from different countries and backgrounds (professors, judges and lawyers), this annual meeting is an opportunity for experts to exchange views on selected intellectual property topics.

This Friday, Philippe will be taking part in the panel devoted to copyright, alongside Professors Christian Peukert (also of Lausanne University) and Estelle Derclaye (Nottingham), where he will be examining the delicate relationship between the conditions for protection and its scope.
