The legal form of a limited company has recently been laid open by the legislator to the profession of attorney-at-law in Switzerland. This legal form enables us to place our firm on a stable long-term basis and enable all our staff to have greater involvement in our firm\u2019s business. We will therefore be subject to the rules and regulations of Swiss law governing the largest companies, including those relating to accountancy and governance.
