It exposed in details the instruments of public procurement, concessions, public-private partnerships, subsidies, joint ventures and other forms of delegation of public tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Ema Bolomey was able to acquire important notions allowing her to identify the advantages and disadvantages which these different instruments can offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>She is now able to adequately advise public authorities who plan to collaborate with a private company and to guide them towards the most relevant type of collaboration.
