Wilhelm Gilliéron Attorneys Corp., acting through his partner Prof. Philippe Gilliéron, along with Dr iur. Kai-Peter Uhlig from Werder Vigano law firm in Zurich, successfully represented the interests of the Swiss Association to Fight Against Piracy and several US Majors in their criminal action against www.kboxserv.com, whose servers were shutdown on November 10th by the Criminal police, Cybercrime Unit of the Canton de Vaud.
This is the opportunity to sincerely congratulate the cybercrime unit which, in its coordination efforts with Europol, Eurojust and the EU law enforcement agencies, did a fantastic teamwork to make it happen.
